Tell us a little bit about yourself in 3-4 sentences:

I'm happiest when I'm outside, especially if snow is involved. I moved to Bozeman in Nov 2019. When not skate skiing, I divide my time in thirds: growing my business, Northstar Sleep School; my podcast, Northstar Unplugged; and airbnb hosting. I also live for road trips, hot springs, saunas, cold plunges, reading, and gooey (borderline raw) chocolate chip cookies.

Tell us a little bit about how you serve your people, in 2-3 sentences:

After experiencing burnout from my prior life leading sustainability and procurement globally for Google's internal food program, I moved to Bozeman in Nov 2019 and launched Northstar Sleep School, offering in-person workshops and online courses to inspire others to embrace good rest and to make daily behavioral tweaks to get more of it. I've also launched a podcast, Northstar Unplugged, focused on rest, unplugging, transitions, and finding what fuels you. Finally, I manage a cosy airbnb unit a cartwheel away from Mountains Walking.

What are you wanting to gain from your investment in this community?

I'm looking forward to getting to know as many of you as I can, and exchanging input about our projects and businesses. I'm also always on the lookout for interesting guest ideas for my podcast- whether in Bozeman or beyond.

What are you wanting to offer this community?

Let's have coffee or a drink or lunch.

I'd love to hear about you and what you're excited about. Happy to be a sounding board to brainstorm about your ideas, your pursuits, your sleep challenges, your roadmap of adventures.

Also always on the lookout for friends to go to skiing with at Bridger or Hyalite or Sourdough or West Yellowstone. Alpine/skate/classic
